One of my favorite transition-to-spring foods is Veggie Pizza. You still get the hearty dough … but top it with a ‘Springy’ Veggie Dip like molly&you® Creamy Spinach & Dill and layer on your in-season chopped veggies and you have a perfect Spring Veggie Pizza.

1 Sweet & Savory Spinach Dip Mix
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 8oz containers of crescent rolls
5 cups chopped veggies - broccoli, cauliflower, cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, onions, etc.
Directions:
Roll out the dough on two greased cookie sheet pans (15x10x1). Press all seams together, forming a solid crust and bake at 375° for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool 30 minutes
Mix the first three ingredients and spread on both crusts.Then add chopped veggies.
Chill for at least one hour; if storing for a longer time, be sure it is tightly covered.
Cut, serve chilled, and enjoy!
