I love this bread. I used to make beer bread from scratch, years ago, then forgot about it. This brought back happy memories of easy, peasy, deliciousness. We like the original best, but the Italian is wonderful also. I bought the caramel and the parmesan too, but have not made them yet. So nice to round out a simple supper, great with stew, great toasted later for leftovers.
I gave these mixes to family members as gifts. They have not yet told me their opinions.

This bread is so good! We’ve tried this one plain and with the recipe on the back. Both are delicious. We’ve also had the Apple cinnamon and garlic parmesan and they are delicious as well. And so easy to make! Just add beer or other carbonated liquid, stir and bake. The apple cinnamon has a couple other steps to get the gooey goodness in the middle but well worth the little extra effort. We love Molly’s bread!
