Coleslaw with a Kick!

Ingredients:

1 Viva Fiesta Party Dip Mix
1 lb coleslaw mix
1 14 oz. can of corn, drained
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1/4 cup real mayonnaise
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sugar

Directions:
Mix coleslaw, corn & pepper
Whisk mayonnaise, lemon juice, buttermilk, sugar and dip mix together
Add to coleslaw mix
Toss
Chill at least one hour
