1 VIVA FIESTA DIP MIX (for spicier meatballs, use two)
2 lbs fully cooked frozen meatballs, thawed
2 cups BBQ sauce
1 cup dark corn syrup
1/3-1/2 cup bourbon
Place thawed meatballs in slow cooker ... combine dip mix, BBQ sauce, corn syrup and bourbon ... pour over meatballs ... simmer 2-3 hours ... stir a few times while cooking to be sure all meatballs are well coated with sauce
*sauce is great for cocktail wieners too!
