Drunkin’ Greek Pizza

OPA! You will be known for having the best pizza on the block!

 1 ITALIAN HERB BEER BREAD MIX
 12 oz beer or any carbonated beverage
 ¼ cup water (to slightly thin mix)
 1 cup sundried tomatoes in oil, chopped (reserve oil)
 1 clove fresh garlic, minced
 1 large can sliced black olives
 1 cup feta cheese
 ½ small red onion, sliced
 14 oz can artichoke hearts
 2 cups fresh baby spinach
 3 tbsp olive oil, divided

Preheat oven to 350F.

Add beer and water to bread mix. Stir lightly. Spread on greased 15" pizza pan.

Bake @350F for 17-19 minutes.

Drizzle 1/2 olive oil on crust. Add garlic to crust.

Spread tomatoes and olives on crust. Sprinkle on 1/2 cup feta.

Return to oven and bake 10 minutes.

Mix onions, spinach, reserved oil, and remaining feta. Add to hot pizza. Bake 2-3 minutes.

Slice and enjoy!
